Our Liposomal Vitamin C has more bioavailability than a regular vitamin C, which means that it is better absorbed and as such is more readily available for use in the body because of the lipid bilayer surrounding it. This lipid layer also helps to keep Vitamin C from being broken down in the digestive system. The most prominent benefit of our Liposomal Vitamin C is the ability to target certain cells in the body for delivery of the encapsulated Vitamin C.
Adults and children 13+:
10ml (2 teaspoons) daily
Children aged 8 to 12:
5ml (1 teaspoon) daily
Children aged 4 to 7:
2.5ml (half a teaspoon) daily
