This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from a retailer shop or other online retailer, then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.
We hope that you will be delighted with Verity Labs products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange any products returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened, unsealed, undamaged and unused condition. Products that do not satisfy these conditions will be returned to the customers at their own cost. Please make sure you package the returned items securely in their original delivery box or in an equivalent reinforced box to ensure that the goods don't get squashed or damaged during the transition.
Please email our customer support team at info@veritylabs.co.uk prior to returning your items in order to let us know to expect your return. In the email, please provide us with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
We will then send you a return label which costs £1.99 and subtract this cost from your total refund amount. We recommend that you retain your receipt as proof of postage.
If we delivered the wrong or faulty product, we will replace it or refund the price paid for the item and the reasonable costs for the return shipment. All products are thoroughly checked for faults before they are sent to customers and they are all in new, unsealed and undamaged conditions, we therefore would require to see the photographic evidence of any faults in your purchased product. Please note that we cannot refund for priority or premium postal services or for insurance.
We will process your return as quickly as possible and will exchange or refund the full value of your order, except for delivery costs, by the original payment method, within 30 days of receiving your notice of order cancellation.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Subscription customers and returns
With all subscription orders, due to the nature of the automatic shipping (either every 30 days or every 90 days), we require a minimum of 4 business day notice prior to your order being shipped, if you wish to cancel or amend your subscription.
Once a subscription order has been triggered (and you receive an email confirming it has been shipped) it is sent for immediate dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, we will unfortunately be unable to issue a refund.
