Shipping in the UK
We do our very best to get your order to you as soon as we can with most orders being dispatched within 1 business day. All UK orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days and we will use reasonable endeavours to deliver within no longer than 30 days. If you have selected our next day delivery option, orders must be placed by 3pm (Monday-Friday) to be delivered on the next business day (UK only).
For all orders you will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped. Please login to your account or contact our team via email at info@veritylabs.co.uk, should you have any questions about your order.
We offer free delivery on all subscription orders (UK only).
Occasionally delivery methods available and times may be adjusted due to increased demand on postal services.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
International Shipping
We are working closely with our delivery partners and carriers to bring Verity Labs to more countries. We currently ship to the following countries and shipment will be calculated at the checkout:
EU Countries (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden).
Rest of World (USA, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait).
Import and Custom Duties
Please note: Some countries have import taxes and duties, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance. It is your responsibility to find out more about these import duties and pay for them.
Depending on your location, there might be restrictions on product availability and delivery. If you require delivery to other locations outside of the UK not listed above, please contact us for advice and to help you place orders, as the website will not accept orders for these locations. Please note that any such deliveries will be subject to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions and are therefore at your risk. We have no control over any additional charges that may arise and we cannot predict their amount. We will not be responsible if products are delayed or not delivered to you due to seizures under customs or other restrictions. Please contact us directly at info@veritylabs.co.uk.
Please note that we are not able to accept payments using debit or credit cards from certain countries, so please contact us at info@veritylabs.co.uk.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law
Product delivery errors
All delivery errors must be reported within 1 day of the date of delivery. All orders go through a rigorous checking system before being packed and leaving our warehouse. If you are a UK customer and you have not received your order within 10 days of dispatch date, then you must notify us within these 10 days. If you notify us after these 10 days then we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
If you received your parcel in a poor or damaged condition or have items missing, please try to keep all outer packaging so that we can collect this and send to our couriers for investigation. Any damaged boxes must be signed for as "damaged" at delivery. Where possible sign with the word "damaged + your name" in the signature box. You may be asked to send us photos of the damaged packaging and / or product, this is because photographic evidence helps us ensure the issue is dealt with quickly and efficiently and can sometimes suffice instead of collecting the product / packaging itself.
