Adults and children over 5 years old: dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth once or twice per day, preferably after brushing teeth and/or using mouthwash. This product can be taken throughout the year to maintain normal teeth.
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening refrigeration is recommended and keep the bottle cap on tight. Keep out of reach of children. For best before end date, see base of bottle.

Yes, all our products are vegan, vegetarian, halal and kosher friendly.
We recommend to refrigerate the product after opening to maintain the potency of the live bacteria and to keep the cap on tight to stop the moisture from getting inside the product. We therefore use glass bottles, as they provide more stability and protection against moisture. However, if the product is left out of the fridge in the cool dry storage with a cap tightly screwed on, it will still be able to stay stable for a period of time.
