By setting up regular deliveries, you don’t have to worry about running out of your supplies Cost saving – by subscribing to your regular deliveries you can save between 10% and 15% off your subscription. Flexibility – you can customise and change the frequency of your deliveries, as well as skip, cancel orders or add/remove products from your subscription at any time. Environmentally friendly – by choosing our 3-month Subscription, you can help reduce your carbon footprint.

If you would like to cancel or amend your subscription, you will need to give us 4 business day notice before your next delivery is due to ensure this can be cancelled in time for you.

You can change the frequency of your orders to 30, 60 or 90 days. This can be changed under edit in your subscription account. If you are one of our customers outside of the UK, we would recommend you sign up to a 3-Month Subscription, meaning that 3 bottles (or 3-month supply) will be delivered to you every 90 days to reduce the carbon footprint on your order and received 15% off your 3-month subscription instead of 10% off your 1-month subscription.

Yes, we offer Verity Club Rewards programme as a way to say thank you for your support. You can join our programme any time by visiting the rewards programme page.

You can earn points in various ways, such as creating an account, making a purchase, referring a friend, following us on social media or leaving a review. You also earn points for your birthdays.

You can redeem your points in your online account by clicking on “claim a reward” and you will be able to see all rewards available to you.

You can use your rewards either towards your purchases or by donating your points to one of our charities.
