Verity Labs Everyday Woman is one of my favourite multivitamins for incredible, all-round support.

What really stands out about this product is that all the vitamins provided are in their most bioavailable form, nothing synthetic, to support effective absorption and usability in the body.

While it has a great range of essential vitamins, this product is so much more than just a multivitamin. Choline to support the liver, beta-glucans and reishi mushroom for immune support.... all the extra herbs and botanicals; rhodiola, ginseng, maca, Ashwaghanda and green tea for energy and to support the nervous system. It is difficult to find any ingredient in this extremely well-thought out product that hasn't been carefully considered to support women's health in a variety of ways.
